European Automotive Technician

We are expanding our team and looking for a skilled, motivated technician who loves working on European vehicles.
Position Overview
The European Automotive Technician will diagnose, service, and repair a wide range of European vehicles, including but not limited to Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, Volkswagen, MINI, Land Rover, and Volvo. This role requires strong diagnostic ability, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining manufacturer-level standards.
Key Responsibilities

Perform accurate diagnostics on European vehicles using OEM-level tools and software

Complete repairs and maintenance including brakes, suspension, engine work, drivability issues, and electrical systems

Conduct multi-point inspections and communicate findings clearly

Follow manufacturer guidelines and shop standards for quality and safety

Maintain clean, organized work environment and properly document all services

Collaborate with service writers and management to ensure smooth workflow

Stay current on evolving European technologies and repair methods

Provide exceptional customer service when needed
Qualifications
-
3+ years of experience as an automotive mechanic/technician
-
Expertise in European brands (BMW, Mercedes, Audi, etc.) preferred

Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills

Experience with scan tools and OEM software a major plus

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

ASE certifications or manufacturer training preferred but not required

Ability to work independently and efficiently
